Rich, the owner, is amazing. He is so awesome to always explain everything he is finding and doing. I have never felt like there was hidden charges or something that was done just because. He is so intentional and personable. I appreciate his hard work ethic every time he has had to come out. I have never once called another company to Hydro-jet our main line. He does not overcharge, he actually makes it affordable for people like teachers to use their services and understands us. I recommend him 10x over if you are in need of a your main line hyrdo-jetted.

Called around noon and our clogged drain from the stool was cleared before 4:00. Prompt, professional and answered all questions before starting. We had a different company less than three months ago and they were almost twice the price and not anywhere as professional as Midwest. We will always call and recommend Midwest.

I called some other plumbing company who wanted to charge me almost $200 just to show up since it was two days before Thanksgiving. They said they'd only charge me $50 to show up if I waited a week, but either way, that was the base price and then they would charge me more for sure once they figured out what needed to be done. I ran across these guys and they were at my house within an hour, took care of the problem in less than an hour and charged me a more than fair price. I will definitely call them every time I need a plumber.

These guys are definitely first class. Had a main back up and needed help on a Holiday weekend. Called several well known companies and was shocked on the run around and crazy high priced quotes with feeling of no concern. Called Dan at Midwest and was floored by his response, diagnosed which water supply I could use and sent a great tech out and had me taken care of the same morning, can't say enough on the great professional service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, Thanks again for the first class service and the exceptional price!!

Frank & Jon were extremely knowledgeable and found and cleared the blockage within a few minutes. They re-seated the toilet and were very professional in their work. Fair price. Highly recommend.

I have been using Midwest Plumbing for the past 4 yrs - had a real bad sewer back up due to tree roots, and only Midwest was able to take care of it when other plumbing companies were trying to tell me the only option was to open up the from the street level about 10- 15k. Midwest was able to get through.. thankfully! I have been using them over and over through the course of the years the work and the experience they always bring to the table is priceless! I love Rich, hes real w you .. but always willing to go the extra mile for his customers. And their prices are super economical! I would highly recommend to anyone that has issues w tree roots .. they are the BEST!

I was pleasantly surprised when a young woman named Candace came to unclog my drain. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. She even cleaned up the mess afterwards. I would recommend this company.

We had our main sewer line full of tree roots. Frank and Roberto came out and tackle the problem. Professional service and fair rate.

We hired Midwest plumbing for a second opinion, to come out and inspect our plumbing line for a spot repair that was deemed necessary from another company. Frank was our line tech who was able to clear rocks from our line which provided clean flow to the sewer. He worked his but off in the heat and continued until they were all gone. He was very professional and we are very grateful the repair was not necessary. I will always go back to Midwest Plumbing.

Called this company after calling the one i usually use which had an equipment failure and told me that wouldn't be able to get to me on the Thursday evening before Christmas. I needed to keep looking so came across Midwest. I had a technician in my home by 9:30 and the sewer line + 2 additional drains unclogged by 10:30 at a cost well below what i would have paid had my "go to" been able to send a technician. Needless to say, these people are now my "go to's". Thank you for a job well done at a fair price. Much appreciated.
